Play Some Music reunites the band’s most recognizable and widest traveling lineup of Jason Sidney Sanford, Mark William Pearson, and Daniel Paul Boucher, whose 2008 LP Gong Lake (Table of the Elements) and 2006 LP Patterns (Les Potagers Natures) serve as defining releases among the band’s catalog of over thirty recordings. Wielding their distinctive homemade instruments - a melding of hardware store and landfill – Play Some Music features microtonal and macrotonal wire-framed steel guitars as well as amplified drums, amplified circular saw blade percussion, electronics, and feedback organ to produce a suite of songs, improvised and composed, that explore classical mythology and the nebulous realm of memory. Always expanding their sound world, Neptune’s signature frenetic guitars and drums are joined by new gamelan-like amplified percussion and phantasmagoric electronic textures hovering over its ether. PIPE Bandcamp In the ‘90s, Pipe burned bright before it burned out. After releasing a sizable catalog (an EP, four singles and three LPs, plus assorted compilation cuts) and touring with the likes of Archers of Loaf and New Bomb Turks, injuries and road fatigue ended the band in 1999, after only seven years. Then, after a 10-year quiet, Pipe’s original lineup—singer Ron Liberti, guitarist Mike Kenlan, drummer Chuck Garrison and bassist Dave Alworth—reunited in advance of Merge Records' 20th anniversary festival. And they just keep playing!

Dinner Time Instagram / Bandcamp Dinner Time was founded in Atlanta, GA in 2018 as a collaborative project, focused on bringing together songwriters from several existing groups. Influenced by garage rock, saccharine 60s melodies, and a DIY mentality, the group released their debut album DINNER TIME in 2019. The group continued to redefine their sound on subsequent LPs Halfway Down (2021) and Technicolor (2024), adding moody synthesizers, more psychedelic production techniques, and leaning into jazzier changes. The quintet has spent the years in between touring the country, appearing at Treefort Music festival, SXSW, and even collaborating with the Atlanta Braves. Now the band has come full circle, and is ready to share DINNER TIME 2. This album represents a return to form, back to the familiar influences of their debut, now with years of experience under their belts. Layers of acoustic guitars and mellow pianos evoke the sounds of the 70s, while catchy melodies and soaring guitar harmonies hint at the band’s varied influences (which include the Zombies, the Beatles, the Doobie Brothers, Randy Newman, CSNY, and Masayoshi Takanaka). Produced in collaboration with Clark Hamilton (Klark Sound, Improvement Movement), DINNER TIME 2 will be released on May 8, 2026 via Dinner Time Records.

Total Chaos Instagram / Bandcamp Thirty years ago in Pomona Valley, California, was the birth of Total Chaos. Created out of the desperate needto save a dying genre of punk rock, during a time that the market was saturated with a more commercial newstyle. It was more important than ever to express their social and political views. The idea of socialresponsibility was a significant thing, from organizing peace punk picnics, to protesting against the gulf war, their music had a meaning and stood for something. Over the years, the band has seen many things come andgo, but they have stuck to their original ideals. Whether you are pop punk, street punk, hardcore punk, straight edge, political punk, goth punk, skate punk, crust punk, metal punk, or whatever box they try to putyou in, Total Chaos unites you all into one scene:PUNK ROCK! Noogy Instagram / Bandcamp Noogy is punk band from Denton TX, formed in January 2016. Mixing 80’s hardcore with the ska-punk of the East Bay sound to create a back-to-basics classic style.
Lyrical content express far left political views to stories of troubled adolescence, drug abuse, punk culture and other social issues.
Founded by Andre Vorhis (guitar/vox) and Nick Helm (drummer), the band went through numerous line up changes over the years. Anthony Martinez (guitarist/vox) was added in 2018 and has been a permanent fixture ever since.
After touring relentlessly with a series of different bassists and tagging along with bands such as T.S.O.L., M.D.C., Reagan Youth, Flipper, etc and opening for Pennywise at Punk Rock Bowling 2019, Noogy recorded the Roughhousin EP at Civil Audio studios.
Prior to the release of the Roughhousin EP, drummer Nick Helm passed away on April 24th, 2020.
Noogy’s first full length was released on 9/25/2021. It featured a series of previously unreleased/released/demos of drums by Nick Helm from the last few years and were recorded over and remixed to make the album.
It was not how the album was intended to be made but was the only way to have original line up on the record.
The songs Nick didn’t have a chance to do were filled in by Antonio Val Hernandez of T.S.O.L. and was mixed/mastered/co-produced by Michael Briggs At Civil Audio.

Born Without Bones Website / Instagram / Bandcamp / Born Without Bones has always been a band that didn’t quite fit in. While rooted in the Massachusetts DIY punk scene, they've always pulled from a wide range of influences. Traces of big guitars and even bigger hooks of ‘90s alternative mixed with the storytelling and subdued tones of heartland singer-songwriters, culminate in a sound that is distinctly their own. Born Without Bones' emphasis on crafting pop hooks sets them apart from most of their punk scene peers. The band has released four full lengths, Say Hello (2010), Baby (2013), Young At The Bend (2017) and Dancer (2022). The band formed in 2010 as a solo project by singer and guitarist Scott Ayotte. After the release of their debut LP “Say Hello,” The band self released their sophomore record, “Baby” in 2013 and began touring the country in earnest. After a few years on the road the band released their third record, “Young At The Bend” on their own imprint, Devil You Know Records. In 2021, they signed to Pure Noise Records and simultaneously released the “Pictures Of The Sun EP”, a collection of re-recorded and reimagined favorites from the band’s catalog like “Baby” and “Falling Asleep.” Their fourth full length album, “Dancer” was released the following year. In 2023, the band embarked on a 23 date US tour to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of their sophomore album “Baby.” Born Without Bones is Scott Ayotte (vocals, guitar), Jonathan Brucato (guitar), Sam Checkoway (drums) and Ryan McKenna (bass).

The film is loosely based on a narrative inspired by the songs. Third of Never's lead singer Doug MacMillan (also known for his work with the Connells) and guitarist Jon Dawson star in the Brent Clark film. The band is rounded out by founding member Jode Haskins (lead bass), Charles Cleaver (keyboards), and drummer Brandon Ruth. Also appearing on the album are Who/Pete Townshend keyboardist John 'Rabbit' Bundrick, Steve Potak (Connells), and Sara Bell (Lud). On June 6th the band's set will focus on material from Damage The Pearl, along with material from their previous four albums and the debut of two new songs. For music, video, and band interviews, visit www.343Collective.com. Erie Choir Website / Bandcamp “Erie Choir is almost an anagram of my name,” Eric Roehrig explains with a slight chuckle. “The album titles are all anagrams—the first one is called Slighter Awake, which, taken altogether, says ‘Eric Roehrig takes a while.’” It’s been eight years since Old Rigs, Erie Choir’s second album, which arrived nine years after the band’s 2006 debut. Roehrig characterizes himself as “easily distracted,” but “patient” is a better descriptor for his songs and their lengthy gestation periods. The gorgeous arrangements, the earwormy melodies, the layers of sly humor and poignant observation in the lyrics—all of this comes from Roehrig’s unwillingness to rush, to let the songs appear and dictate their direction. The Carrboro, NC-based songwriter came up in the Chapel Hill indie rock scene, splitting lead duties in Sorry About Dresden with the late Matt Oberst. Roehrig first started Erie Choir in the early 2000s as a channel for his acoustic folk musings that didn’t quite fit with his main band, but over the past 20 years, it’s morphed into a full-throated, muscular rock and roll outfit. What began as a quiet solo project gradually accrued trusted collaborators, slowly solidifying into the longstanding lineup of today: Roehrig, fellow Sorry About Dresden alumnus James Hepler, Bob Wall, Jack Watson, and Ben Spiker. Scivic Rivers Website / Bandcamp Scivic Rivers is the musical nom de plume of American singer-songwriter Randy Bickford; the new self-titled album is his seventh LP. Bickford's songs have earned him wide recognition from fellow lifer musicians and critics alike. Pitchfork described his writing as "tracing a single thought or sketching a single image throughout the course of several bars, building suspense and making you wait patiently for the pay-off". Scivic Rivers represents the next epoch of Bickford’s work. In retrospect, it makes sense: he released his initial output as the Strugglers, often emergent and spare as the bones of his songwriting hardened. In time, he found himself upright and walking in his craft, releasing a pair of albums under his own name, Brice Randall Bickford, still personal but now breathing with life and rich arrangements. But all walking is controlled falling, and the coming years would invite and even require a new horizon.

The new album Over Again marks a full-circle moment for the transatlantic duo as they finally put down roots in North Carolina, a decade after meeting busking in Ireland. The album will be available on CD and vinyl at the show. A Different Thread are joined by a special guest band of musicians from the local scene including; Wood Robinson (Mipso), Jennifer Curtis, Omar Ruiz-Lopez, Paul Youngblood, and Alan Best (The Tan and Sober Gentlemen). Sugaree String Society Instagram / Youtube / Bandcamp / Spotify Sugaree String Society takes Pete Seeger’s boundless optimism and Woody Guthrie’s critical and clever tongue, and weaves them with blistering mountain banjo and a high lonesome sound in the tradition of bluegrass trailblazers such as Earl Scruggs and Dr. Ralph Stanley. With defiant wit, Western Pennsylvanian folksinger Jodi Jones and Brendan Macie beautify the bitter truth of modern life as an act of radical love and solidarity. Their music is guided by tradition but never bound by it, bringing a unique sensitivity to old-time repertoire tunes and contemporary protest songs alike.

Ramona & The Holy Smokes Website / Instagram / Spotify Based in Central Virginia and with family roots in South Texas, Ramona and the Holy Smokes represent a new generation of honky tonk music. With powerful female vocals that cover an emotional range from determined to comic to vulnerable, and a talented backing band steeped in classic country and western styles of the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s, the band’s repertoire includes lush emotional ballads, quintessential two-step dance numbers, gritty country-rockers, and a unique blend of honky tonk and traditional Mexican styles that the group describes as “Mexi-tonk.” Drawing on the Mexican-American heritage of lead singer and songwriter Ramona Martinez, recognized by Wide Open Country as one of the "15 Latino Artists Shaping Country Music," Ramona and the Holy Smokes are simultaneously rooted in the traditional sounds of country music but unafraid of pushing boundaries and highlighting the connections across border cultures. Their self-titled debut LP offers the group the opportunity to explore this diversity of sounds, leaning into an authenticity and resiliency in songs that chart life’s ups and downs from the perspective of a female voice seeking to maintain a sensitivity and sense of wonder in a twenty-first century world filled with emotional highs and lows. Formed in 2022, Ramona and the Holy Smokes have seen their star rise in the region and beyond. The band–which includes Kyle Kilduff (electric guitar), Brooks Hefner (pedal steel), Jay Ouypron (bass), and Porter Bralley (drums)–had built a rapport playing together before joining Ramona, and in their time together have brought their talents to Ramona’s songs and song ideas, shaping and arranging these for a signature honky tonk sound. The band has performed regularly in the region, appearing at several Americana festivals including Red Wing Roots (2024), Rooster Walk (2025), and Bristol Rhythm & Roots (2025), and has opened for touring artists like Margo Cilker, Colby Acuff, Willi Carlisle, Redd Volkaert, Joshua Hedley, Donna the Buffalo, and Kashus Culpepper. Rebecca Porter & The Rhinestone Roses Webiste / Instagram / Spotify Born in Guam and raised in Virginia, Rebecca Porter writes unflinchingly personal songs that challenge the boundaries of genre and amplify voices often left out of the country canon. With commanding live performances and a cinematic debut album, Porter’s work invites listeners into stories of identity, resilience, and acceptance. Her 2023 EP Queen of the Local and 2025 debut album Roll With the Punches have earned national and international recognition, including features on NPR’s Mountain Stage, No Depression, The Bluegrass Situation, KEXP, and Lonesome Highway.
