Tiger Bear Wolf This record shouldn’t exist. But somehow after 17 years it does. Tiger Bear Wolf’s third self-titled LP completes a trilogy begun decades ago. Formed in the summer of 2002, Greensboro NC's Tiger Bear Wolf emerged from the fetid wastes of the Piedmont to make their prints across the United States. The quartet of Jonathan Moore (guitar, vocals), Noah Howard (guitar, vocals), Matt Bostick (bass) and Lawrence Holdsworth (drums) self-released their debut album in 2003 and found refuge alongside fellow truth seekers Hello Sir Records of Athens, GA for their second LP in 2005. Twisted riffs of southern rock, fed on a steady diet of hardcore and psychedelic post-punk all filtered into their raw recordings and pummeling live shows. Relentless touring followed, that both sharpened senses and dwindled accounts, and the four entered a prolific creative period penning music for what would be their third album. Basic tracks for the third Tiger Bear Wolf album were recorded in 2009 between the sweltering heat of a collective performance space and an attic bedroom. It was there the trail went cold. Time and distance intervened, and hard drives gradually succumbed to devilry and malign influences. The record was lost, said to be unrecoverable, and the story was over. Fast forward to 2015, where a savior emerged to retrieve the lost data, almost completely intact from its silicon sarcophagus against moonshot odds. Just for the love and belief that there was something worth saving. In the years that followed, these tracks took on a new life as guitars and voices were recorded in various states and hideaways with members now located in Greensboro, Louisville and Baltimore. What was nearly lost to the sands of time oozed vitality under the careful watch of the band and its enablers at both Howard’s Calogera Audio and producer Joel Hatstat’s Athens, GA studio . After 16 years of patient labor, doubt, hope, fellowship, inspiration, invention, revelation, and faith the long lost Tiger Bear Wolf record was somehow completed. The document finds the group at the full breadth of maturity and creativity for the time of its recording, while also fully colored by perspectives and techniques developed in the succeeding years. What we have here is the music as it was meant to be heard, fully realized with power and subtlety, the heart, tongue, and fang.

Not really sure… candiland candiland is a 5-piece indie rock / dream pop band based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Drawing from the dreamy textures of My Bloody Valentine and Cocteau Twins alongside the songwriting of Wednesday and Big Thief, their sound blends shoegaze, alternative rock, and indie folk into something immersive and emotionally direct. Fronted by singer and primary lyricist Lily Mars, the band moves between intimate, reflective moments and louder, more cathartic passages. Guitarists Ace McAteer and Gabe Harmon build colorful, dreamlike atmospheres through layered tones and interplay, while Asher de la Torre (bass) and Ayden Taylor (drums) provide a steady, driving foundation. The members come from across the Triangle but consider Chapel Hill home, where they’ve been steadily building a presence through live performances and a growing catalog of original music. Lilac Drive Lilac Drive is a band that creates vibrant yet moody dream pop with rock elements based in the Traingle area of NC.
Shearling Bandcamp Serving as a spiritual continuation of the now-defunct Sprain, Shearling exhibits the reunion of a now decade-old collaborative force between guitarists Alexander Kent and Sylvie Simmmons. A subsequent recruiting of percussionist Andrew Chanover, bassist Wesley Nelson, and Keyboardist Elizabeth Carver filled out their orchestrally-minded roster. The band was mostly quiet for its first year of existence, avoiding live performances to instead focus on their brazen debut ‘Motherfucker, I am Both: “Amen” and "Hallelujah"…’ The record retains Sprain’s characteristic commitment to intensity, further mutated through a newfound lens of collagist approach.
Total Chaos Instagram / Bandcamp Thirty years ago in Pomona Valley, California, was the birth of Total Chaos. Created out of the desperate needto save a dying genre of punk rock, during a time that the market was saturated with a more commercial newstyle. It was more important than ever to express their social and political views. The idea of socialresponsibility was a significant thing, from organizing peace punk picnics, to protesting against the gulf war, their music had a meaning and stood for something. Over the years, the band has seen many things come andgo, but they have stuck to their original ideals. Whether you are pop punk, street punk, hardcore punk, straight edge, political punk, goth punk, skate punk, crust punk, metal punk, or whatever box they try to putyou in, Total Chaos unites you all into one scene:PUNK ROCK! Noogy Instagram / Bandcamp Noogy is punk band from Denton TX, formed in January 2016. Mixing 80’s hardcore with the ska-punk of the East Bay sound to create a back-to-basics classic style.
Lyrical content express far left political views to stories of troubled adolescence, drug abuse, punk culture and other social issues.
Founded by Andre Vorhis (guitar/vox) and Nick Helm (drummer), the band went through numerous line up changes over the years. Anthony Martinez (guitarist/vox) was added in 2018 and has been a permanent fixture ever since.
After touring relentlessly with a series of different bassists and tagging along with bands such as T.S.O.L., M.D.C., Reagan Youth, Flipper, etc and opening for Pennywise at Punk Rock Bowling 2019, Noogy recorded the Roughhousin EP at Civil Audio studios.
Prior to the release of the Roughhousin EP, drummer Nick Helm passed away on April 24th, 2020.
Noogy’s first full length was released on 9/25/2021. It featured a series of previously unreleased/released/demos of drums by Nick Helm from the last few years and were recorded over and remixed to make the album.
It was not how the album was intended to be made but was the only way to have original line up on the record.
The songs Nick didn’t have a chance to do were filled in by Antonio Val Hernandez of T.S.O.L. and was mixed/mastered/co-produced by Michael Briggs At Civil Audio.

Born Without Bones Website / Instagram / Bandcamp / Born Without Bones has always been a band that didn’t quite fit in. While rooted in the Massachusetts DIY punk scene, they've always pulled from a wide range of influences. Traces of big guitars and even bigger hooks of ‘90s alternative mixed with the storytelling and subdued tones of heartland singer-songwriters, culminate in a sound that is distinctly their own. Born Without Bones' emphasis on crafting pop hooks sets them apart from most of their punk scene peers. The band has released four full lengths, Say Hello (2010), Baby (2013), Young At The Bend (2017) and Dancer (2022). The band formed in 2010 as a solo project by singer and guitarist Scott Ayotte. After the release of their debut LP “Say Hello,” The band self released their sophomore record, “Baby” in 2013 and began touring the country in earnest. After a few years on the road the band released their third record, “Young At The Bend” on their own imprint, Devil You Know Records. In 2021, they signed to Pure Noise Records and simultaneously released the “Pictures Of The Sun EP”, a collection of re-recorded and reimagined favorites from the band’s catalog like “Baby” and “Falling Asleep.” Their fourth full length album, “Dancer” was released the following year. In 2023, the band embarked on a 23 date US tour to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of their sophomore album “Baby.” Born Without Bones is Scott Ayotte (vocals, guitar), Jonathan Brucato (guitar), Sam Checkoway (drums) and Ryan McKenna (bass).
