Autopilots:
Autopilots are a Raleigh band that writes songs about people, regrets, and whatever else falls through the cracks. Mixing Americana’s laid-back charm with indie rock’s rough edges, Autopilots craft tunes that feel both familiar and fresh. Sometimes it’s tuneful, sometimes it veers into noise, but it’s always chasing the good stuff: tension, release, and a chorus that earns its keep. It’s music for people who want to sleep with their grandfather’s nurse but are too tired to take any meaningful steps to make it happen.
Hook of Moon:
Hook of Moon makes sad music that you can dance to.
Persimmon:
Raleigh-based queer ambient post-hardcore band, Persimmon, formed in 2022 consisting of four unassuming independent self-expressionists, Taylor Weber (vocals), Tommy Ellis (guitar), Kai Vosberg (drums), and Soledad Vallejo (bass). Persimmon is the amalgamation of vulnerability, explored inner worlds, and larger emotions unleashed into a heavy yet dynamic sound meant to overwhelm and rapture the audience. Influenced by artists like Anthony Green, System of a Down, Windhand, and AFI, Persimmon is a multi-faceted entity blending ethereal vocals with grunge and emo elements, redefining what the post-hardcore genre encompasses.
