Banff with Grace Lucia and Catiline

Known for their expansive yet tight sound, the band utilizes their energy and musical chemistry to the fullest in order to make every show unforgettable. For the past two years they have been gigging throughout the Triangle area and are excited to make their return to Chapel Hill in anticipation of an EP release in the winter.     Grace Lucia:   Instagram / Linktree   Grace Lucia is a genre-blending rock and roll artist based in Wake Forest, NC, known for high-energy and heartfelt performances that light up bars, restaurants, and stages across the Research Triangle. Her original music fuses elements of dreampop, goth, pop punk, and classic rock, balancing grit and vulnerability in songs about resilience, love, and loss. With a voice that cuts through and a stage presence that pulls you in, Grace and her backup band create an atmosphere where every show feels personal. She doesn’t just play for a crowd—she plays with them. Grace Lucia delivers whether you’re ready to dance, laugh, cry, or connect.     Catiline:   Instagram A four-piece band from Chapel Hill, Catiline met in their dorm and discovered an instant songwriting chemistry that quickly became their main focus. With a growing live presence, they blend jangly guitars and introspective lyrics, drawing on classic and indie rock influences to craft a sound that feels both familiar and fresh.

King Youngblood

King Youngblood Website / IG / Spotify   King Youngblood is focused on reclaiming rock music, specifically black fronted rock packed with strong song writing, Afro-Punk attitude and an undeniably exhilarating live show.  Alternative Press calls King Youngblood “Seattle’s Alt Rock Princes” – and Pacific Northwest fans enthusiastically agree. Founder, guitarist and front man Cameron Lavi-Jones, along with, drummer Paul Stoot, cellist Chet Peterson, and bassist Samy Garcia have a singular mission: grab heavy guitar/drums rock by the collar, couple it with serious lyrics and unforgettable melodies and deliver it all into the willing arms of a fresh new generation of fans currently fueling the world-wide resurgence of rock music. The world agrees with affirming accolades including AfroPunk Magazine in October 2022 declaring “King Youngblood’s skill at transforming a small phrase into a massive hook is at this point unparalleled in the world of heavy but melodic music.” ​ Their 2022 year was an explosive break out year with their critically acclaimed album Big Thank released in May 2022.  It is no wonder the Seattle Times listed King Youngblood in the top 20 albums of 2022.  PNW fans are now eagerly awaiting King Youngblood’s new studio album Out Run Your Shadow slated for a Spring 2026 release.     

Starcrawler with The Girls

Best known for their explosive live shows, the 5-piece band consists of full-throttle frontwoman Arrow De Wilde, guitarist Henri Cash and brother Bill Cash on pedal steel/guitar, drummer Seth Carolina, and bassist Tim Franco. With two studio albums under their belts, their upward trajectory continues to roll full steam ahead in 2022 with the release of their brand-new single, “Roadkill.” Fully leaning into their own epic vision of a contemporary Hollywood Babylon, they’ve morphed into a modern day take on LA legends X, with a sprinkle of The Go-Go’s, a smattering of The Distillers and some Rolling Stones sleaze thrown in for good measure. Since their early days, Starcrawler have won the love of such legendary artists as Shirley Manson, Elton John, Iggy Pop, Jack White, Dave Grohl, and more all while opening for the likes of Jack White and My Chemical Romance, and previous support slots with luminaries such as Beck, Foo Fighters and Spoon among others. Omar Ruiz-Lopez with Will Orchard and Lonnie Rott

Omar Ruiz-Lopez Insta Website Omar Ruiz-Lopez (he/they) is a Latin-Americana artist whose music bridges old-time, Celtic, and Brazilian fiddle traditions with indie folk songwriting. A bilingual singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Omar brings classical training, emotional depth, and a cross-cultural perspective to the stage — drawing inspiration from artists like Nick Drake, Bruce Molsky, and Elliott Smith. Omar Ruiz-Lopez is also a distinguished musician and educator currently based in Durham, NC, with a remarkable command over multiple instruments, including violin, viola, guitar, and mandolin. His roots lie in North Carolina, having been a part of the burgeoning Triangle music scene for 13 years until his move to Nashville in 2023 and back in 2025.  Since his time in Nashville, Omar has played and recorded with artists such as the GRAMMY-nominated band War and Treaty, Franklin Jonas, Lizzie No, Rebecca Newton, Harper Grace and Langhorne Slim, and cowritten with songwriters such as Rachel Baiman and GRAMMY-nominated Melody Walker (Sierra Ferrell, American Dreaming). He is currently working on an EP with Willa Frank (Paper Wings) and a full-length album with Rachel Baiman producing. Will Orchard Web Bandcamp IG Will Orchard is a Nashville-via-New England based indie-folk artist. He has made a name for himself as both a deeply emotive and disarming songwriter, and a relentless DIY troubadour. His music has taken him on tour around the US and Europe more times than he can count, often with his partner & fellow songwriter Jess Kerber. His records have been described as “Hush Folk Luminosity” by Glide Magazine, and “Radiant” by Atwood. In 2025, he looks ahead to the release of his 3rd LP, “Behind The Shadow Glass”, and an abundance of tour dates.   Lonnie Rott  Instagram Bandcamp Lonnie Rott is a singer-songwriter in Durham, whose songs explore themes of anticapitalist anger, liberation, solidarity, and lament for the reality that everything dies at last, and too soon.
